Directions

FROM New York city:

Public Transportation: Take the Metro North New Haven Line from Grand Central. Pick-up can be arranged from New Haven to the camp. We recommend using Uber, or a cab waiting at the station. We have arranged for a bus to pick people up at the New Haven train station at 6:30PM if you will be arriving by that time on Friday. We have also secured a bus to return from camp all the way to NYC. The bus will leave at 7:30 PM.

By Air:

Newark International Airport (EWR), JFK International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia International Airport (LGA) are just under 2 hours away by car. Bradley International Airport (BDL) is 45 minutes away by car. 

Meals and rustic accommodations will be available at Camp Laurelwood. We hope most people will stay at the camp Friday and Saturday night. Lodging will cost $55 per person per night. Alternatively, there are a number of hotel and bed & breakfast options available in Madison and neighboring Guilford. These are small establishments that would not allow us to reserve room blocks. Book early if you intend to stay at any of them.
